Work out : I´m Training from monday till sunday in fitness only and ladies only in delft With my coach jerry koolhoven and TeamJK

 

Other Sports: Not anymore, Ice Skating during my teenage years at the highest national level

 

Working on: A better Symmetry and more defined legs

6th competition i was 13th olympia amateur prague 2-3 october 2015 prague
